Has anyone ever told you that the normal method of sitting on the toilet to poo is dangerous to health?
Well, a new book by Giulia Enders titled: Charming Bowels, has proved that the conventional way of sitting to poo is dangerous to health.
According to the UK Metro, the book suggests that we should all be squatting down while using the toilet.
Findings in the book reveal that sitting to poo can lead to health problems such as piles. But if we squat, the poo slides out in a much healthier way which doesn’t put pressure on our bums.
Findings show that people around the world who squat have almost fewer problems with piles when compared to those who sit and squeeze poop tissue until it comes out of their bottoms.
